POLICIES

Reservations
At the time of booking, a 50% credit card deposit is due, with the remaining balance due 2 days prior to check in.  Reservations made within 7 days of check in will be charged 100% at time of booking. Check in is at 3:00pm and check out is at 11:00am, unless other arrangements are made. You must be 21 to make a reservation.

Cancellation/Refund
A full refund will be made for cancellations 14 days in advance less a 10% fee.  Less than 14 days notice will result in a charge of 50% of amount due.  No refunds for cancellations within 2 days of arrival date.

No Smoking
We ask that you refrain from smoking in Apfelbaum Cottage.  A $100 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside the cottage.

Courtesy and Consideration
This is our second home, which we are happy to share with you.  We ask that you treat it with as much care and respect as you would your own.  You will be held responsible for any damages that occur during your stay. 

We have wonderful neighbors who live next door and we want to keep it that way.  Please be courteous of them and keep the noise at a reasonable level.  Remember, they are not on vacation...this is their home! 

Pets
Dogs are welcome in the Apfelbaum Cottage for an additional fee.  There is a fenced in yard so your dog can run, play and do his business.  We do ask that you pick up after your dog in the yard.  While the whole yard is fenced small dogs may be able to fit between pickets and gaps. Be advised that any damage done by your dog is your responsibility.
